Atelier Saman Amel offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A notification will be sent via email when your package is shipped from us and when ready to be collected. All orders are traceable through the tracking number provided together with your digital receipt.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or by the freight company. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For all orders, taxes and import duties are included in the final price. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges and the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
INSURANCE
Atelier Saman Amel insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact Atelier Saman Amel before returning any items.
It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Atelier Saman Amel and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Atelier Saman Amel suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Atelier Saman Amel is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Atelier Saman Amel reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
HANDLING
Atelier Saman Amel does not take responsibility if the product manufactured, contrary to expectations, would discolor another garment. The garments should not be washed.
